A Bundle of Fears Rolled into (That) One.

The list of fears is long: fear of black men, fear of intelligence, fear of education, fear of civil rights, fear of liberal progressive insights...

Baracknophobia seems to be associated also with the much more well established fear of people who don't believe in talking snakes.

The fear baracknophobia arouses in others is of course ochlophobia and for good reason.
